Our Retirement Living schemes
We own and manage over 30 Retirement Living schemes in and around London and Hertfordshire.
They provide one and two-bedroom self-contained apartments along with studios and bungalows.
Our schemes come with a range of facilities including:
- Communal lounges
- Communal kitchens
- Communal gardens
- Laundries
- Some schemes have guest rooms.
We provide grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services to help ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
All schemes have a dedicated scheme manager who is on site every week along with a 24-hour emergency alarm response service.

Our Extra Care Housing offers an enhanced level of care and support for residents.
Brent Extra Care
In Brent we offer self-contained apartments with a 24 hour a day, seven days a week care and support service on site delivered by a specialist team. The service is tailored to your needs and care is provided by external agencies under contract with Brent Council. All of our schemes have a dedicated manager, care team and 24-hour emergency alarm response service.
The schemes all have a variety of communal facilities including lounges, dining rooms and gardens to support activities and create vibrant communities.
Hertford Flexicare
Our Flexicare schemes offer self-contained apartments with a 24 hour a day, seven days a week care and support service on site delivered by a specialist team. The service is tailored to your needs and care is provided by external agencies under contract with Hertfordshire County Council. All of our schemes have a dedicated manager, care team and 24-hour emergency alarm response service.
The schemes all have a variety of communal facilities including lounges, dining rooms and gardens to support activities and create vibrant communities.
Can I apply for Retirement Living?
It depends on the housing development but to apply for Retirement Living you must be:
- Over 60 or 55 with a disability or support need (London)
- Disabled with a support need or over 55
Our Retirement Living schemes are allocated through referrals from your local council and voluntary agencies (London only).
