Kilburn quarter resident meetings

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to put your face to face residents' meetings on hold. We’ve now decided to host these meetings virtually on Microsoft Teams to help you stay connected with us and your local community during the ongoing pandemic. These meetings will be hosted by your London Neighbourhood Management, Asset Management or Leasehold teams (if your scheme is mixed tenure).

We understand Building Safety may be a concern for you. We have a designated Building Safety Team who are working to provide dedicated webinars to affected blocks. This will be a dedicated time for the team to provide updates and discuss any issues and concerns you may have.

Date and time of meeting

Your residents meetings will be held on:

Thursday 20 January 2022 from 6pm to 7pm

Please remember only residents who live at Kilburn Quarter can attend this Residents Meeting.

We understand at times residents may wish to discuss individual queries with our teams but we're often unable to share information in a public forum due to data protection or time available. If you'd like to speak to a member of staff regarding a particular query you can request an appointment towards the end of the meeting to focus on your query with the relevant Officer.

A member of the Resident Engagement Team will then contact you prior to the scheme meeting with an appointment.

To access the live event, we suggest you either download the Teams app on desktop, tablets or mobile devices or join via the Teams web version instead using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

*We use Teams rather than Zoom as we have robust security measures in place as our corporate platform which will also help keep residents' details safe.
