Network Homes Highly Commended at UK Housing Awards 2017

Network Homes was highly commended at last night’s UK Housing Awards in the Outstanding Approach to Regeneration category for our transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate in South London.

It’s the latest recognition that Network Homes has received for Stockwell Park after picking up six major awards for the regeneration project last year.

Network Homes has been leading the transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate near Brixton since 2005. We have invested more than £100 million so far on refurbishment, new-build and community enhancement and a further £75 million is earmarked for completion of the programme in 2018.

Working in partnership with the community we have delivered over 900 homes to date – 473 new homes and 457 refurbished homes. A further 800 are in the pipeline making a total of 1,694.
