Network Homes signs agreement with Redrow on new affordable homes in Harrow

Network Homes has signed an agreement with Redrow to deliver 59 new affordable homes in the heart of Harrow. The Lyon Square development is targeted to be completed in two phases with the first being ready in March 2018 and the second in December 2018.

The new homes will consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments, 33 which will be for affordable rent and 26 for shared ownership. The development will also consist of apartments for private sale.

Harrow-on-the-Hill underground station is a five minute walk from the development and it is near to all the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Harrow.

The development boasts a range of on-site amenities including a courtyard, underground parking, and a cycle store.
