Network Homes’ stunning Park Heights Development wins at RIBA Awards
24 May 2017
Network Homes celebrated success last night (22 May 2017) at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Awards, winning a London Regional Award for the design of the Park Heights building on the Stockwell Park Estate in South London.
Designed by PRP, Park Heights is a tenure-blind 20 storey building comprising 159 homes. The development boasts a double height grand entrance and lobby and sky gardens, available to use by all residents, with superb views across London.
Park Heights’ beautiful design has helped breathe new life into the area after replacing a poor quality 1960s tower block. Network Homes has been leading the transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate since 2007 and has invested more than £100 million so far on refurbishment, new-builds and community enhancement.
This is the latest award for Network’s Stockwell Park regeneration, which has picked up seven major awards for the regeneration project in the last year.
Vicky Savage, Executive Director of Development at Network Homes said: “Park Heights is the jewel in the crown of our Stockwell Park regeneration scheme and this major RIBA award caps an astonishing year of awards for our work in Stockwell. We are very proud to have worked with PRP to create these beautiful homes as part of the ongoing transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate.”
The RIBA awards are one of the leading awards in the sector and celebrate the best architecture in the UK and around the world.
