Network Homes to deliver new affordable homes in Bishop’s Stortford

Award winning housing association, Network Homes, has exchanged contracts with developers Redrow to deliver 10 affordable apartments in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire.

Six of the new homes will be for affordable rent with the remaining four for shared ownership. The new development on South Street is due to be completed by March 2018 and is just five minutes’ walk from town centre shops, historic pubs, bars and restaurants. Bishop’s Stortford Station is just 10 minutes’ walk away with fast train services reaching London Liverpool Street in less than 40 minutes.

Network Homes already owns and manages properties across East Hertfordshire but this will be its first scheme in this historic market town.
