Network Homes to transform former Ealing industrial site into new affordable homes and commercial space

Network Homes has purchased Orion Park, a site in Northfields, London Borough of Ealing, with planning permission for the development of 76 new homes and almost 9,000 sq ft of commercial space

Work will commence in early 2019 to transform the former industrial site into new homes for local people. Network Homes will be working closely with the London Borough of Ealing and the GLA to maximise the number of affordable homes in the development which will include affordable rent and shared ownership options.

The development is directly opposite Northfields Underground station providing Piccadilly Line services into Central London and Heathrow Airport, and is ideally located for local schools, parks, shops and restaurants.  The development will enhance this, delivering new high quality retail and commercial space.
