Network Homes ranked 39th Best Not-for-Profit Organisation to work for
21 February 2019
Network Homes has been named 39th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit organisations to work for list and ranked 10th in list of the 25 best housing sector organisations to work for.
We've also been awarded two stars in recognition of its outstanding levels of employee engagement.
The accreditation is awarded to the best performing businesses that demonstrate a true commitment to creating an engaging and uplifting environment for staff who work there - the focus being celebrating those companies who are making the "world a better workplace"
Nearly 90% of staff at Network Homes completed the survey which is almost double the sector average of 46%. The survey provides extensive feedback from employees across eight key categories of working for a business: Leadership; My Company; My Manager; Personal Growth; My Team; Wellbeing; Fair Deal; and Giving Something Back.
I’m delighted Network Homes has been named as a Sunday Times 100 Best Company to Work For. It’s a fantastic acknowledgement of our positive company culture. Being a great organisation to work for is one of our strategic objectives because it is the foundation of delivering excellent services. I’m really proud to lead an organisation where people work hard, thrive and go the extra mile for each other and our customers.
Helen Evans, Network Homes’ Chief Executive
Jonathan Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies, added: “I would like to congratulate Network Homes on their achievement. Best Companies have been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace.
