Cladding, building and fire safety information about your blocks all in one place

24 February 2020

Being as transparent as possible with residents when it comes to their home is extremely important to us. So, we’ve spent the last few weeks making improvements to our website to ensure you can find information on cladding, building and fire safety for your block all in one place. The new section is called ‘Building, Fire safety and cladding’ and you can find it under ‘Your home’.

What can I find in this new section?

The building, cladding and fire safety section includes:

  • The latest from the government on cladding and what we’re asking them to do
  • Cladding FAQs
  • Fire Risk Assessment FAQs
  • Section 20 FAQs
  • Staircasing, selling and remortgaging FAQs
  • Link to our Fire Safety tips.

It also includes a link to an improved block documents section. This will include the documents we have for some of our blocks. Please note, not every block will have information in every category. The section contains:

  • Fire Risk Assessments
  • Fire Evacuation Strategies
  • Building safety updates
  • Estate updates.

How to access this new section?

Please feel free to have a look around and familiarise yourself with these new sections.

Have a read of our frequently asked questions (FAQs) in the ‘Building, Fire safety and cladding’ section and if you have any additional questions not listed there, please send them through to our building safety team at buildingsafetyteam@networkhomes.org.uk.

If you’d like to see the documents for your block go to ‘My block documents’ page under ‘Your home’ and enter any part of your address in the search box on the page, e.g. your postcode. This will display all of the documents relating to your block.
