Network Homes secures Wembley development site

Network Homes has recently completed on the acquisition of a commercial site on Wembley High Road which has development potential for over 80 new homes.
The site is located in a prime position with retail frontage to Wembley High Road, and close to Wembley’s rail and tube stations. The proposed development will see homes built to the north side of the site, leaving the retail frontage on the High Road in place.
Network Homes will work on the design development for the site over the coming year with a view to submitting a planning application in 2021.
We’re really pleased to have secured this this prime site in Wembley High Road. It will contribute to Network’s future development pipeline to 2023 where we plan to build 2,800 much needed new homes across London and the south east.
