Network Homes takes on 104 new affordable homes in Canary Wharf

Network Homes is pleased to have taken possession of 104 new affordable homes at a development in Canary Wharf.
The Madison is a 53-storey tower and we’ll be offering 58 homes for Affordable Rent and 46 for London Living Rent with one, two- and three-bedroom apartments available.
Apartments let at London Living Rent will allow tenants to pay a reduced rent so they can save for a deposit to buy a share of another property. Those let at Affordable Rent will be offered through the Tower Hamlet’s housing register.
Network Homes secured the homes through a section 106 agreement and the development also features offices, retail space and a new landscaped park along with a further 319 private homes. It has excellent transport links being close to South Quay DLR station and is right next to Canary Wharf where the new Elizabeth line will be calling from 2022.
