Heating bill reminders by text and email

Network Homes is now sending out heating bill reminders to residents by text and email.

Those who have received a heating bill will be sent reminders to contact our metering and billing agent Insite Energy Ltd, so that they can pay in full or to make arrangements to pay. We’re also offering a 5% discount for six months to any resident who sets up a Direct Debit.

Leaseholders who sublet will also receive a text or email.

Network supplies heat and hot water to around 2000 homes.  Insite Energy’s role is to read the smart meters installed in each property and produce a bill based on those readings.

Emails and text will not be replacing the paper version of the bill.
