Network Homes to build 95 affordable homes in Ealing

We've been given the green light to build 95 homes at Orion Park in Northfields, Ealing.
Ealing Council approved the plans at a planning meeting on Wednesday 20 October which will see a former industrial site transformed into a new neighbourhood of 100% affordable homes and commercial units.
In total there will be 23 new homes for London Affordable Rent with 72 for Shared Ownership spread over four buildings along with 860 square metres of commercial space offering new job and business opportunities. The development will be close to Northfields Tube station with links to Central London.
All apartments will have their own private outdoor balcony and the development will come with open spaces including roof terraces and a growing communal garden for residents, along with areas for children to play.
We’re really pleased to be able to proceed with this development of much needed new homes in this corner of Ealing. The scheme being 100% affordable helps us deliver on our strategic objective of increasing the number of homes for people in housing need and supports our aim of starting 1,000 new homes by March 2023.
