Network Homes to deliver 29 affordable homes in Bishop’s Stortford

Network Homes has exchanged contracts to build 29 much needed affordable homes in Bishop’s Stortford, East Herts.
The one and two bedroom properties are being purchased from Frontier Estates and will be part of the Stortford Fields development in the town. In total Network will be delivering seven homes for Affordable Rent and 22 for Shared Ownership.
Work is set to begin on the development later this autumn with completion expected in Spring 2022.
Stortford Fields is about a mile from the town centre and has a great range of shops and services, pubs and restaurants. The wider development also comes with leisure, sports and health facilities, as well local schools and good transport links.
Network is planning to build 1,000 affordable homes by March 2023 as part of our key strategic objective of increasing the number of homes for people in housing need.
