Do you have great ideas for improving your local community or the services you receive and need a way of sharing this with others? Well, we have something just for you. We’re currently looking for residents to join our Local Panels as members. By joining your Local Panel, you can have a real influence over what happens in your area. If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for complete our online application form. Our London Panel is currently at maximum capacity however we have availability on the Hertford Panel.
Our London, and Hertford and Outer London Local Panels are part of Network Homes Governance Structure ensuring we put residents at the heart of the organisation. They’re made up of residents who work with us to drive up performance levels and satisfaction and help us to continually improve our service delivery.
What will I do as a panel member?
As a panel member you’ll be the informed voice of your community where you’ll get the opportunity to work in partnership with colleagues at Network Homes to help us to continually improve our service delivery and make recommendations for our continuous improvement. You'll be our critical friend monitoring service delivery and performance in your area. You’ll look at the bigger picture and challenge performance right across the business.
You’ll also be there to ensure we’re compliant with Homes England consumer standards and report to the Customer Services Committee when we’re not. It's a great opportunity and we’ll give you the training you need to be successful at it. Sounds great? Then being a panel member is right for you.
