Our November Board meeting will be open to the public

Our Board meeting on 29 November will be open to members of the public to observe. Anybody will be able to attend, whether or not you live in one of our homes. 

This is one of the ways we’re delivering on our strategic objective of strengthening residents’ trust in us and follows on from the open meetings we held last year.  

How to register  

The meeting  will take place between 5pm to 7pm. It will be held online over Microsoft Teams.  

If you want to attend, you need to register your interest by 5pm on 16 November.  Once you do, we’ll send you an email with joining instructions and a link to join the Teams meeting.

How it will be structured  

There will be two parts to the meeting:   

• Part one - Non-confidential, which is open to people to observe.  
• Part two – Confidential, which only Board members and Executive Directors can attend. Confidential or commercially sensitive matters will be discussed during this session and all observers will be required to leave at this point.  

Observers will not be able ask questions during the meeting as it must proceed in accordance with the established regulatory and operational protocol.
