Our out of hours service is now provided by FirstCall

Since Friday 1 April 2022, our out of hours service has been provided by a company called FirstCall. We are committed to ensuring that we deliver consistent excellent services to all our residents and customers. However, there had been a few issues flagged with our previous provider over a period of time. We decided to take the necessary action of parting ways to ensure residents receive consistent customer service quality when they contact us.

FirstCall provide the service as usual from 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday (as well as bank holidays and any additional adhoc cover required).

The change in contractor will not impact the process for residents who call out of our opening hours. Residents calling our contact centre phone number will be automatically transferred during the out of hours service period. 

We hope that you have already noticed a better service delivery and we would be very happy to receive any feedback that you may have.
