WATCH: Sharing industry insight from our contractors

Last week, we ran three Career Insight Talks with our contractors Oakray, and ARJ Construction, and our architecture consultants BPTW.
The sessions aimed to give residents and members of local communities an insight into the various career opportunities on offer as a result of our work to build new affordable homes. The sessions were an opportunity to understand the different roles available both on building sites and off-site, current opportunities with our contractors as well as useful information on the different careers and pathways into these industries.
We had 36 people register their interest in these sessions, which were led by BPTW’s Architecture Assistant Paul Daramola, Oakray’s Human Resources Advisor Abigail Routley, and ARJ’s HR Manager Sam Carroll and Senior Contract Manager Michael Wright.
