We welcome two new Board members

We’re pleased to welcome Mavis Oti Addo Boateng and Matt Backler to the Network Homes Board. They were appointed on 1 February and will also be serving on the Audit and Risk Committee and Finance Committees.

Mavis is a Chartered Accountant by profession and Co-Founder of Business Links Africa. She has over 20 years extensive, multi-sector, international experience gained from various senior strategy, transformation, and finance director-level roles at Shell, Shell Foundation, SF Investment Management Ltd., and The Shell Centenary Scholarship Fund.

Matt Backler

Matt is a qualified accountant and is currently Deputy Chief Finance Officer for a large NHS hospital group in Sussex. He also has extensive experience in Audit and Regulation.
