Customers are being offered free skills and training through the social mobility organisation, Beyond the Bias.
It’s ideal if you're looking to boost your skills, switch careers and gain confidence. Beyond the Bias have partnered with the Mayor's Fund for London to offer free training and educational opportunities.
If you are aged over 19 and over and are looking to improve your English, strengthen your maths, enhance your digital skills, or explore creative fields, Beyond the Bias is here to support you every step of the way!
How Beyond the Bias can Help:
- Basic Skills and Learning (Level 2 and below): Build core skills in English, maths, ESOL, and more. We cover industries like digital, finance, construction, creative, and more!
- Skills Bootcamps (Level 3–5): Get intensive training (up to 16 weeks) in tech, digital, and other high-demand sectors. Perfect for upskilling or career changes!
- Career Growth Support (Level 3): Access free courses leading to recognised qualifications that open doors to new opportunities.
- Back to Work Support: Struggling to find work after the pandemic? Beyond the Bias will connect you with programmes in sectors key to London's economic recovery.
- Location: Pan-London, with centres near you!
- Ongoing support – for anyone aged 19 and over!
