Launch of our Customer Anniversary Survey

Listening to our customers is important to us which is why we run surveys to get their feedback. However, not everyone gets a chance to share their thoughts, so we’ve launched an online survey that we’ll be sending out to all customers, by email, on the anniversary month of them joining SNG.

Each month, we’ll email a link to the survey to those customers that joined in that month. For example, if you joined in December, that’s when you’ll get sent the email with the survey link. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been with us for a year or 10 years. This is to give you the opportunity to tell us what you think about SNG and suggest ways in which we can improve the customer experience we deliver to you. We’ll use your feedback to improve the way we work and the services we provide.

Your responses are anonymous, unless you indicate in the survey that you’d like us to contact you about your responses.

About the anniversary survey

The anniversary survey is a short, online survey consisting of multiple-choice answers, as well as space for you to expand on the answers you give in your own words. It aims to capture your thoughts about the services we provide to you and your experience of using them.

The survey covers questions about:

  • Your overall experience of our services
  • Our neighbourhood services
  • Getting in touch with us
  • Our repairs service
  • Our complaints service
  • Our online, digital services.

How to take part

Look out for an email from us in the month when you joined SNG. We’ll send you the email from an email address ending ‘@sng.org.uk’ so you’ll know it’s from us.

We’re only able to send you an email if we have an email address for you on our database. If you know that you have not provided us with an email address or your email address has changed, please contact us on 0300 373 3000 to update your details.

If you, or someone you know, does not have an email address, but would like to complete the survey, please contact us and we will send out a printed copy. You can find out the different ways to contact us on our contact us page on this website.
