Share your experience moving into or out of your home

Moving is often a stressful experience, so it’s important for us to provide an efficient process for you when you move in and move out of your home. We also know that sometimes we may not get it right. We want to improve the service customers receive from us to make it a smoother process when you’re settling into your new home or leaving your current one. We need your help to make sure that we improve these services in a way that caters to what customers want and need!

We’re currently emailing some of your customers who have recently moved into their SNG homes to invite them to take part in a 60-minute one to one interview (by phone or online) about this. The interviews will be taking place between the 22 July and 9 August 2024 and will be with our research partners, Vision One Research.

If you’ve moved into your SNG home in the past six months, we’d love to invite you to take part and share your input. The views you share in the interview will help positively shape future customers’ experiences of moving in and getting set up as a new SNG customer. We also want to find out more about your experience of moving out of your home.
