SNG contact centre win a silver UK Contact Centre Forum Award!

Congratulations are in order for our London and Hertford Contact Centre team who have won a silver award at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) awards! The UKCCF awards celebrate are a prestigious celebration of outstanding talent within contact centres across the UK.

The team won silver in the Small Contact Centre of the Year category, an award recognising a best-in-class small contact centre that has delivered outstanding success in the last 12 months.

I’m so delighted to win this award and proud of my team for jointly creating a customer-centric contact centre culture that has led to us getting this prestigious recognition! Achieving the UKCCF Silver Award was a joint effort. The glitzy awards gala arranged by the UKCCF team was an enjoyable event and it was lovely to see the brilliance in our industry being recognised!
