BLOG: Our apprenticeships are giving people the keys to a career

The Network Homes apprenticeship programme started back in 2018 which seems so long ago now. The aim of the apprenticeships is to support people in achieving a qualification alongside gaining paid work experience.

Initially offering roles just within housing management, our last intake was expanded to offer roles in Learning and Organisational Development, Business Administration as well as housing management roles. Along with providing the apprenticeship opportunities, we wanted to support our apprentices in taking the next steps by offering training and coaching.
I’m really happy to report that all the apprentices who completed their courses were able to find employment here at Network Homes and are progressing well in their roles.
