From 1 April, we'll have one SNG website where you can access all the information, updates and support from us, as well as access your online account. We'll no longer have this website, instead you'll need to visit us at www.sng.org.uk. We'll also redirect any existing links you may use to www.sng.org.uk. 

Repairs and maintenance

In this section, you'll find repairs information for SNG customers who live in the former Network Homes area (covering London and the East of England). If you are an SNG customer who lives in the former Sovereign area (South and Southwest England) please visit their website.

You may need to contact us from time to time about repairs or maintenance to your property or the surrounding area. Our Repairs team are dedicated to providing you with the best possible repairs service.
