My Network Homes now available for leaseholders and shared owners!

We’re pleased to announce that My Network Homes online account is now available for leaseholders and shared owners. We’ve had lots of feedback from leaseholders and shared owners about wanting to be able to use My Network Homes to access our services online, so we’re thrilled to invite you to register for an account. If you’re a leaseholder or shared owner with us, please keep an eye out for an email from us within the next few weeks inviting you to sign up for your online account.
Your online account is a safe and secure way of contacting us, checking your account balance, raising a service request such as a communal repair, and more! As you will know, we’re now SNG (Sovereign Network Group). Our online account for customers will continue to be called My Network Homes for the time being, while we work on for bringing together our services.
What you can do with a My Network Homes account
Once registered, you'll have access to a host of online services designed to make managing your home easier than ever. Through your My Network Homes account, you will be able to:
- Check your balance and recent transactions on with us
- Make payments online
- Report and schedule a communal repair
- Update your contact details
- Ask us a question and view any enquiries you’ve made on My Network Homes
- Report anti-social behaviour (ASB) and view any ASB report/s you’ve made through your online account
- Make a complaint and view any complaints you’ve made using My Network Homes.
With 24/7 access, My Network Homes is designed to put control at your fingertips, giving you the freedom to manage your account whenever it suits you.
How to get started
To access and enjoy these great features, you’ll need to register for an account. The registration process is simple, and all you’ll need is the email address you’ve provided us with, your postcode, your full name (first name and surname) and your service charge account payment reference which you can find on your statements from us. We’ll be emailing you with a link to sign up for your online account within the next few weeks, so please follow the instructions in that email to register for My Network Homes.
