From 1 April, we'll have one SNG website where you can access all the information, updates and support from us, as well as access your online account. We'll no longer have this website, instead you'll need to visit us at www.sng.org.uk. We'll also redirect any existing links you may use to www.sng.org.uk

My building - documents and newsletters

We publish a number of forms, estate newsletters, building safety updates and some of the letters we send to residents about their building and neighbourhood on our website which you can find in this section. You can download the fire risk assessment (FRA) and more fire safety information for your building using the buttons below.

Finding documents for your building

To find the estate newsletter, letters or updates for your building or block, follow these steps:

  1. In the Search term box, type any part of your address, e.g. the first line of your address or the first half of your postcode.
  2. In the Filter by category box select the type of document you're looking for:
    Document type Category filter
Updates about building safety for your building including investigations, planned works, etc Your home - Building safety
    EWS1 forms Your home - EWS1
Estate newsletters Your home - Estate updates
Letters to residents Your home - Estate updates
  3. Then select the Search button.
  4. Depending on the filter category you selected, you'll see the relevant documents in the list below for the block address you searched for.  The most recent document will be listed first. If there is no document listed, then we do not have any published, in that category, on the website at this moment for the address you are looking for.
